Collection of Cocktails (part 12)


RUM COLLIN’S
·         1¼ measure white rum
·         ¾ measure lemon juice
·         ½ measure simple syrup

Shake all ingredients until frosted, strain into a collin’s glass, and top up with soda water. Decorate with cherry and slice orange.


ROB-ROY
·         2 measure scotch whisky
·         ½ measure sweet vermouth

Shake all ingredients vigorously over ice until frosted and strain into a cocktail glass, dress with cherry.


RUSTY NAIL
·         1¼ measure scotch whisky
·         ¼ measure drambuie

Pour all ingredients into an old fashioned glass, and add 3-4 ice cubes.



ROMAN CANDLE
·         1 measure sambuca
·         ½ measure amaretto
·         ½ measure grenadine
·         2 measure orange juice

Shake all ingredients over ice, strain into a highball glass, decorate with cherry and pineapple wedge.
