Collection of Cocktails (part 8)

KAMIKAZE
• 1measure vodka
• 1 measure triple sec
• ½ measure fresh lime juice

Shake all ingredients until frosted and strain into a chilled cocktail glass, dress with slice of lime.



KNOCK OUT COCKTAIL
• ½ measure gin
• ½ measure dry vermouth
• ½ measure pernod
• tsp crème de menthe white

Stir all ingredients over ice in a mixing glass until frosted and strain into a cocktail glass.


KIR
• 2 measure crème de cassis
• White wine

Put the crushed ice into a chilled wine glass, pour the crème de cassis over the ice, top up with chilled white wine and stir well. Dress with twist lemon peel.




LONG ISLAND ICED TEA
• 1½ measure vodka
• ½ measure gin
• 1 measure tequila
• 1 measure white rum
• ½ measure cointreau
• 1 measure lemon juice

Shake all ingredients vigorously over ice until well frosted. Strain into an ice filled highball glass and top up with coke. Dress with lemon wedges.
