Collection of Cocktails (part 2)

4. ANGEL’S KISS
• ½ measure crème de cacao dark
• ½ measure cream

Start with a layer of creme de cacao dark and fresh cream floated on top.


5. ALEXANDER
• 1 measure gin
• ½ r measure creme de cacao dark
• ¾ measure cream

Shake all ingredients over ice until well frosted and strain into a cocktail glass, decorate with nutmeg on top.
6. ARROUND THE WORLD
• ½ measure gin
• ½ measure vodka
• ½ measure white rum
• ¼ measure brandy
• ¼ measure bourbon
• ¼ measure tequila
• ¼ measure cointreau
• ½ measure lime juice
• Soda water

Shake and pour all ingredients except the soda, and strain into a highball glass, fill up with soda water and decorate with lemon wedge.


7. AMERICAN BEUTY
• 1 measure brandy
• ¼ measure dry vermouth
• ¼ measure creme de menthe white
• ¼ measure grenadine
• ¼ measure orange juice
• 1 tsp claret

Shake first-five ingredients and strain into a champagne glass, 1 tsp claret on top.


8. ALASKA
• 1 measure gin
• ½ measure chartreause yellow

Stir all ingredients over ice until well frosted and strain into a cocktail glass.


9. ALABAMA SLAMER
• 1 measure southern comfort
• 1 measure amaretto
• ½ measure gin
• ½ tsp lemon juice

Pour first-three ingredients over cracked ice in a mixing glass and stir, strain into a rock glass and add ½ tsp lemon juice, cover and slam.
